Cast off. Full speed ahead!
The brushless drive motor from EcoPower is a powerful electric motor made in Australia. The electric outboard is very well designed – e.g. integrated voltmeter, undervoltage protection and temperature protection are extremely useful in practical use. The brushless motor drives the propeller through the contactless reversal of the polarity of the drive magnets. This guarantees higher energy efficiency and significantly lower wear. Even the smaller models from EcoPower are about as powerful as medium-sized models from other manufacturers – although they are significantly cheaper! This is noticeable at the latest with the next fresh breeze, when you have to maneuver quickly against the wind to reef.

Note: Boat size, design, weight (displacement) and weather conditions (e.g. wind & waves) affect the stated values. Thus, these values are only to be seen as a reference.
* The runtime depends on the battery capacity as well as the risk of overheating, you should exhaust the specified runtime, especially at full speed. If the overheating protection is activated, the motor reduces the current consumption to 50% for safety reasons.

in the 24V range, the electric motor market is manageable, so I came to this webshop by chance after a long research and was surprised when I saw the Ecopower, the values are almost unbelievable - the videos with the tests have completely convinced me, I am very satisfied with the motor, clear recommendation

I have never heard or read about this brand, so I called the operator of the shop, who took the time to advise me in detail. Because of this, I bought the EcoPower and have been very satisfied with it for months, thank you!

I was looking for a more powerful engine, because my Minn Kota Traxxis 80 is often too weak for my 25 foot yacht when the wind comes up to reef against the wind. However, I didn't want to spend huge sums of money on a Torqeedo. The values given inspired me and the price-performance ratio almost made me suspicious ;-) In any case, Mr. Vogelhuber from Aquatec was able to convince me on the phone, among other things because he himself has been using this engine on his 24 foot yacht for a long time. After the first try, I can only say: sensational!! This engine is really an "insider tip".

Can only recommend this webshop, inquiry by email was answered on the same day, delivery time I was able to coordinate with the carrier and the motor itself is very well made and has incredible power with relatively little power consumption compared to my previous motor - the values are significantly better than stated (less power consumption), therefore 5 stars from me.
-
Had a Torqeedo Cruise 2.0 before and it was simply not sufficient for borderline situations at Lake Neusiedl (rising strong wind and waves before storms), regardless of the noise, which takes more than just getting used to. Anyway, I was looking for something stronger and quieter ;-) The Ecopower 2.0 seemed just right to me, before there was a conversation with the shop's hotline and all my questions were answered satisfactorily, then fast delivery and tried it out right away. And I have to say: Hats off! No comparison to my Torqeedo, the motor is so quiet and yet has such a powerful thrust that I thought my voltmeter, which also shows the current power consumption, is defective. At full thrust, the motor only needs 49A (about 1100 watts), fabulous! I can only recommend this engine and this shop.

I also like to drive longer with the engine even though I'm a sailor, but when there's no wind ... The problem with my previous engines was always the enormous battery consumption even at half throttle tw. 30-50A. I have seen and bought the test video, I am very enthusiastic, hours of driving with the motor are no longer a problem.
