Practical for the mobile use of batteries (wet batteries, gel, AGM or lithium), regardless of whether you want to use them to operate an electric outboard or other consumers. Battery cases or battery boxes are usually needed for small boats or inflatable boats, but are also often used in the camping sector. The better models have circuit breakers, which are particularly important for electric drives.
