3-DIMENSIONALLY ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION

The assembly conditions are often very different in different boats. In addition, a shaft alignment between the motor and propeller shaft should be achieved, i.e. the axis of the propeller shaft and motor shaft should be exactly the same for the shaft drive in order to achieve optimal operation. Therefore, a special 3-dimensionally adjustable suspension system has been developed that is easy to adjust and adapt. Likewise, the ease of installation has increased enormously due to this suspension system. In addition, it has the necessary stability to be able to absorb the thrust of the propeller shaft. Optimized mounting feet are supplied as vibration dampers.

STABLE DRIVE SHAFT

In order to be able to transmit maximum torque to the propeller via the electric shaft drive and at the same time withstand the high thrust of the propeller shaft, the shaft must also be strong enough. The large-dimensioned stainless steel shaft meets our quality standards exactly.

POWERFUL ENGINE OF HIGHEST EFFICIENCY

The high-efficiency air-cooled engine features a superior power structure. For this purpose, the motor does not require any sensors necessary for operation, which clearly distinguishes it with unrivalled operational stability. In addition, the shaft drive has a large-dimensioned dynamic pressure bearing that can easily absorb the thrust of the propeller.

CLUTCH

The clutch is the central link in the power transmission from the engine to the propeller shaft. The system can be easily adapted to many different types of shafts (metric and imperial dimensions). As high-end solutions, we offer flexible couplings that compensate for axial, angular and radial deviations. In addition, the noise transmission caused by vibrations is greatly minimized.
