Maintenance-free batteries

Each Zenith battery is manufactured using the latest, innovative technology and tested INDIVIDUALLY. The ZENITH batteries are manufactured with self-made, thick-meshed grid plates that absorb large quantities of pasting. Thanks to this technology, the battery also offers a very high cold test current and excellent performance recovery after deep discharges. The required electrolyte, which always ensures optimal performance, is absorbed in fiberglass separators between the positive and negative plates and also prevents the battery from leaking. The poles are cast in epoxy resin and are therefore 100% perfectly sealed.

ZENITH batteries are equipped with safety valves against overpressure that open between 0.07 kPa and 0.43 kPa.
