With the Ventura F 5.0 electric outboard, HASWING is launching a new electric motor with steering wheel control and remote throttle at a TOP price-performance ratio. In addition to the modern design and a flow-optimized shaped shaft, the most important point is probably the strong thrust of 160 lbs at 24 volts. The electric drive is controlled via conventional Bowden cable steering cables. It can be mounted on most common steering ropes. The 2530W drive motor is brushless, powerful, low noise and very durable. The remote throttle module is connected to the engine with a 4.35m long control cable. On the side of the remote throttle, a magnetic emergency stop ensures an immediate interruption of the journey if the boat driver falls into the water. The advantages of brushless technology are higher efficiency (more power with less consumption), low wear and longer service life than brushed electric motors. Thanks to the newly developed motor technology, the motors are much quieter than their predecessors and significantly more effective than brushed motors. The propeller sits directly on the motor shaft. The LED display on the motor housing provides information about the current battery voltage. Recommended for boats up to 8m in length at maximum load.
