After a long development period, HASWING has entered the performance class of 4-6kW electric outboards with 48V voltage. We now offer the Armada 8.0 (4.3kW) and Armada 10.0 (6kW) motors. The two power levels are available with tiller control as well as a remote throttle variant.

The brushless motors have a water cooling system due to their high power output. Both the motor and the control electronics are cooled by an impeller. Both are located in the engine head. The water jet of the cooling water leaves the cooling system on the underside of the engine head, just like in a combustion engine.

The anti-cavitation plate above the propeller reduces the intake of air by the propeller and the immersion depth of the engine. On the top of the plate is fixed a spare drive disc of the propeller.

The LED display on the motor head shows the current battery voltage.

The tiller version of the HASWING Armada series is equipped with an extendable tiller that can be folded up or down and fixed as needed with a flick of the wrist. The magnetic motor stop on the tiller ensures an immediate interruption of the journey if the boat driver falls into the water.

The power supply of the 48V motor is sufficiently dimensioned. An approx. 30cm cable with SB175 high-current battery connector is installed on the motor. The 130cm extension cable to the battery also has an adequate connector and a solid switch to disconnect the motor from the power supply.
