The environmentally friendly alternative to the combustion engine is not only reserved for large yachts. The Pod Drive 1.0 Evo is suitable for small boats up to 1.5 tons and delivers the equivalent of around 3 hp.

Reach

The pod drive motors work highly efficiently thanks to the brushless DC motor. Depending on the engine, battery, boat and water, the pod drives can easily manage up to one and a half hours at full speed. Connecting additional batteries further increases the range.

Recuperation

Recover energy while driving – all three pod drive models from ePropulsion have a recuperation solution, which allows the battery to be recharged from a speed of 4 knots.
